This El Salvador single origin has a deep chocolate body with a residual sweetness. Is lightly spicy, with acidity that complements a strong cocoa-like finish and is super smoooooth 🤓

El Salvador Finca El Gobiado Orange Bourbon Natural GrainPro is sourced from Finca Gobiado, a family owned operation located near the town of Concepcion de Ataco in the Illamatepec mountain range within the department of Ahuachapan, El Salvador.

The Alfaro family has been cultivating coffee for four generations on the 30-acre farm.

This bourbon varietal is meticulously picked and sorted, and then placed on raised beds and turned regularly for more than 20 days to ensure even drying. The Alfaro family has discovered through years of experience that their bourbon varietal responds exceptionally well to being processed naturally and the method also saves a tremendous amount of water resources, which is good for the environment.

Barty has spent months perfecting this roast profile with love for you guys, it’s my little way to continue to give back, paying it forward, getting to our original target of $110K for Reachout.com.au

As such all orders are made to order from my very own micro-roastery in Darlinghurst.

^Please be sure to use filter water and best 7 days from the date of roast. We roast every Saturday and ship domestically Monday mornings, leaving enough time for the beans to de-gas while in transit, for a fresh roast to cup.
