Roast along Ep1 with #Barty cooking the Black (Yirga) and Green (El Sal) label profiles #ASMR

Posted by Bart Jawien on

Early week roast along cooking the Black and Green label profiles two of my favourite varietals at the moment.

You will find it's a 1hour 10 min video, 20mins per roast, a quick intro and then I'm using the time to stay focused and present cooking these beans to perfection. #Enjoy! if you're into #ASMR

The two green beans I roast here were sustainability sourced using our friends at greenbeancoffee.com.au and a slight correction, I meant to say Ethiopian Yirgacheffe not Harrar which is our Pink Barty label a all natural.

The Black #Barty label profile is our third single #Barty Black Label a well-balanced profile for your espresso or filter from Ethiopia Yirga Chefe, a fairtrade washed processed bean. It makes a perfect double shot espresso. It's gentle, rounded, easy acidity matches the floral scent to perfection and complements the smooth warming taste. Hints of fruit, currants and cinnamon flow over the taste buds, leaving complex flavours of fruit, wonderful floral notes and a tingly, spicy finish. This Ethiopian coffee rolls over the tongue leaving a sweet spicy scent, hints of cinnamon and orange zest.

The Green #Barty label profile is 100% Bourbon varietal, sourced & packaged sustainably, roasted to order each week. This coffee has a superb rich aroma profile that’s going to compliment your morning wellness routine. This El Salvador single origin has a deep chocolate body with a residual sweetness. Is lightly spicy, with acidity that complements a strong cocoa-like finish and is super smoooooth 🤓

I have spent months perfecting these roast profiles with love for you guys, it’s my little way to continue to give back, paying it forward, getting to our original target of $110K for Reachout.com.au

As such all orders are made to order from my very own micro-roastery in Darlinghurst.

If your in the CBD or Eastern suburbs you can order using DoorDash as well which attracts 11% commission to DD however if you're in serious need of a good home brew/beans you can always rely on a #Barty.
