As per what am roasting today, cooking our signature profile the Green El Salvador Bourbon origin has a deep chocolate body with a residual sweetness. Is lightly spicy, with acidity that complements a strong cocoa-like finish and is super smoooooth 🤓
Sourced from small co-op farms at 1350-1750 altitude from El Salvador, North America. The beans go through a fully washed process.
